Cancellation Policy

We Understand "Life Happens"

Unique Health by Physiologix requires a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Any missed, last minute cancellation, and last minute rescheduling of appointments of more than ONE occurance will now be subjected to a 100% charge of the total cost plus all applicable service fees of the scheduled appointment. Please note that direct billing your insurance company is not an acceptable method of payment for any missed appointments.

We make every effort to be as lenient as possible when clients need to modify or cancel their appointment within 12 hours. The discretion will be based on the client’s regular punctuality, how often they use the services, the number of times they modify their appointments and if they are a new client.
